※ General Provisions 
1. Shinseung Precision abides by the personal information protection regulations under the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection,” and the “Personal Information Protection Guidelines” and “Technical/Administrative Protection Guidelines for Personal Information” established by the Ministry of Science and ICT. In addition, Shinseung Precision declares that it will do its best to protect the personal information of its members by establishing the “Personal Information Protection Policy”.
2. Shinseung Precision is “Personal Information Protection Policy” is subject to change due to the changes in relevant laws and government guidelines and Shinseung Precision is internal policy. If the ““Personal Information Protection Policy” of Shinseung Precision is changed, the relevant details will be posted in the notice on Shinseung Precision is website for at least 7 days.

※ Personal Information 
Shinseung Precision  provides a procedure for you to click on the button, either “I agree” or “I do not agree” to express their intention of whether or not to agree the terms and conditions of Shinseung Precision. If you click the “I agree” button, it will be considered that you have agreed to the collection of your personal information. In addition, if you click on the “I agree” button, it will be considered that you have agreed that we would provide the items other than “Password” and “Resident Registration Number” among the items of your personal information to our contractors to fulfil our service contract. 

1. The scope of "Personal Information" is defined in the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection”, etc., that is, the information about a living individual, such as the information that can identify the individual based on the name and resident registration number included in the information (even if the information alone cannot identify a specific individual, it can be easily combined with other information for identification) 
2. Shinseung Precision collects and uses personal information of members for user verification, payment, a check on the owner of used services, services tailored to individual members, and other additional services. The specific purpose of collection and use according to the items of personal information to be collected are as follows.
-Name, ID, password, resident registration number/business registration number: This information will be used for identification procedures according to membership service use,
-A check on the owner of used services
-Email address, phone number, fax number: Smooth communication for obtaining essential information according to domain management regulations, communication of notices, and handling of complaints
-Securing routes and providing information on new services, new products or     events, etc.
-Bank information, credit card information: Payment for the use of information    and purchase
-Address: Providing domain information inquiries, and checking the correct address for the delivery of invoice and goods purchased from shopping mall 
-Cookie (ID): Applying differentiated price benefits by grade by automatically     analyzing visitor’s ID through the operation of cookies.
 Customers, by setting options in the web browser, can confirm each time a cookie is saved, or refuse to allow all cookies to be saved. However, if you refuse to allow the cookies to be saved, the use of web services may be restricted.
3. Shinseung Precision does not manage members’ personal information by its           contractor. 
4. Shinseung Precision does not demand sensitive personal information that may infringe on the user’s basic human rights (race and ethnicity, ideology and creed, place of birth, place of family register, political orientation and criminal record, health status and sexual life, etc.).
5. The retention period of personal information is “From the moment a member joins Shinseung Precision  until the member applies for the termination of membership”. From the member DB of Shinseung Precision , the member’s personal information will be deleted immediately after membership withdrawal. 
  However, if there is a need to preserve the personal information in accordance with the provisions of the law even when the purpose of collection and provision has been achieved, the personal information of the customer may be retained in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law.
-Records on contract or withdrawal: 5 years
-Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
-Records on consumer complaints or dispute settlement: 3 years, etc.

※ Provision of information to third parties
1. Shinseung Precision  does not provide member’s personal information to others or other companies or organizations without prior permission from members, except: 
-When providing the applicant’s information to the registered business of the domain for domain name registration
-When providing the information for WHOIS service for the domain name
-By the request of government agencies or the consumer organizations designated by the government in accordance with related laws, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
-In the event the dispute resolution body or court requests the contact information of the domain registrant involved in the dispute
-For criminal investigation purposes or in the event a legal organization, such as   the Information Communication Ethics Committee or Korea Internet & Security   Agency  
-When using the member’s information (name, address, phone number) for        business contact
-When it is necessary for compiling statistics, material, academic research, or market research, and provided in a form that cannot be identified as a specific customer
-When a member applies for the service of Shinseung Precision  provides the member’s password, order information not including resident registration number, address, contact information, etc. to delivery service companies, outsourced call center companies, and Giro service companies for service implementation.

2. In order to provide more diverse services, Shinseung Precision will always seek consent of each member prior to providing their personal information to or sharing with affiliates. Who the affiliate is, what personal information items will be provided or shared, why such personal information should be shared, how it will be protected, and how long it will be managed, will be individually notified via e-mail to obtain prior consent from you. If you do not agree, we do not provide or share your information with affiliates.

※ Technical measures to protect personal information
Shinseung Precision  has the following technical measures to prevent the loss, theft, leakage, alteration or damage of member’s personal information.
1. Member’s personal information is protected by password, and personal information data is protected by a separate security function.
2. For member’s password, we establish and implement password generation  rules so that users and personal information handlers do not use easy-to-guess numbers such as birthday, social security number, and phone number as passwords.
3. Shinseung Precision  by using anti-virus programs and malicious code defense software, prevents damages caused by computer viruses, and updates the software on a daily basis.
4. Shinseung Precision  using high-priced routers and L3 switch equipment equipped     with intrusion blocking and intrusion detection functions, securely protects       personal information on the network.
5. Shinseung Precision , by establishing a separate firewall, also operates a triple         personal information protection system.
6. Shinseung Precision encrypts and stores personal information in the personal information protection system, and operates a system to encrypt and store personal information when transmitting personal information outside of Shinseung Precision information communication network or storing it on a PC.

※ Collecting opinions and handling complaints
If you, as a member of Shinseung Precision , have a complaint regarding Shinseung Precision is“Personal Information Protection Policy”, please provide your opinion to our personal information manager, and we will take action immediately upon receipt and notify you of the result of handling. In the event of unauthorized leakage of personal information or other serious personal information infringement, you can also file a complaint or mediation at the Personal Information Infringement Reporting Center (http://www.cyberpr ivacy.or.kr, http://www.1336.or.kr, Tel: 02-1336) established and operated by the government  02-1336).

 

※ Establishment and implementation of personal information management plan

Shinseung Precision  will abide by the following by establishing a separate computerized management regulation in the company regulations.
1. Matters concerning the establishment and operation of a personal information protection organization, such as appointing a personal information manager
2. Matters concerning the education of personal information handlers
3. Maintaining the records of access to the personal information processing system and monitoring them on a regular basis. 
4. Protective measures when printing and copying personal information
5. Other matters necessary to protect personal information
